Sea Fit Therapy's CHILL- IN: RECONNECT RECOVER  Sessions combine breathing education, guided conscious breath practice, supported Cold Water Immersion (Ice Bath), and re-integration.

​Cold Water Immersion and Conscious Breathing are powerful modalities, optimally delivered with care and caution. 

Sea Fit Therapy's CHILL- IN: RECONNECT RECOVER ​  sessions are conducted by Heli, a trained and certified CWI Instructor with 20 years experience teaching Conscious Breathwork, and a personal LOVE and regular practice of Ice Bathing ( despite a prior dread of cold !).
