COURSES & EXPERIENCES

Sea Fit Therapy facilitates both personalised guided experiences, and structured workshops and courses. Experiences and courses can be stand alone or part of a sequential on-going program, delivered in your chosen location as a boutique experience, or you can join a scheduled workshop and meet new people along the way.

There are many applications for this work, and a variety of settlings and groups in which it can be delivered.

The common theme and focus of Sea Fit Therapy's approach is using water, awareness, our bodies, our breath, play and fun, to return to our true essence of  calm, clarity, confidence and connection - connection with nature, ourselves, others, and a sense of purpose.

SURF APNEA WORKSHOP is for you whether you’re a beginner or an experienced surfer, or not a surfer at all.​

Breath & Cold Water Immersion (Ice Bath) Sessions with a therapeutic focus and an emphasis on developing awareness & inner tools for wellbeing and lasting positive change

​Sea Fit Therapy's CHILL- IN: RECONNECT & RECOVER  Sessions combine breathing education, guided conscious breath practice, supported Cold Water Immersion (Ice Bath), and re-integration.
